Throw out those seed oils.
How many times a week are you cooking with oil? My guess is Conola, vegetable or whatever is cheapest in the shelf. I totally get that and certainly have done the same. I kept hearing about these oils and how bad they are are. Then I started educating myself. Seed oils are in everything we eat and sadly they are killing us. Diabetic, high cholesterol, overweight? At some point I have been all of these....Seed oils in our food is contributing, We are being told its okay in small amounts, the truth is, if it's in everything..... We aren't consuming it in small amounts. I started label reading and when I say it's in everything I truly mean that. THROW THEM OUT.
Avocado and olive oil! Those are all you need. It also tastes so much better and is a lot better for you.
